Jack AI Customer Experience Snapshot

Captain Joseph Dennis consistently delivers exceptional fishing results, with customers regularly catching 30-50 fish per trip including impressive catfish up to 30 pounds, striped bass, red drum, and speckled trout. His expertise shows in the details - securing fresh bait before dawn while other charters are still searching, timing the morning bite perfectly, and knowing exactly where to find fish. Families especially appreciate landing 20-25 pound catfish before 10 AM, with one group catching over 60 fish in a single outing. Joseph's preparation and communication set the tone for memorable experiences. He calls ahead to check weather conditions, maintains constant contact throughout the week, and even recommends fish cleaning services and restaurants where families can enjoy their fresh catch. Customers consistently mention his patience with kids, encouraging first-time anglers, and keeping everyone engaged with steady action and laughter. Many already book return trips before leaving the dock.

Trip - on June 10, 2025

Took my three teenage kids out with Captain Joe, and we had an awesome trip. We hit our limit on striped bass, and each of the kids reeled in a 20–25 lb catfish. Captain Joe was fantastic with them—patient, encouraging, and made sure everyone got in on the action. We ended up with 21 fish total and some serious fish fries in our future. He even recommended a great place to get them cleaned, and they were ready in just a couple of hours. Huge thanks to Captain Joe for a fun and memorable experience!
